Focused BCBA Consultation
Not every family needs a comprehensive ABA program. Focused consultation provides families with direct access to a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for a specific concern or goal. Together, we'll identify what's happening, develop practical strategies, and provide follow-up support as needed.
Initial ABA Consultation & Assessment
A comprehensive consultation to discuss your family's concerns, identify strengths and areas of need, and determine appropriate recommendations. When appropriate, assessment may include direct observation, caregiver interviews, and standardized or skills-based assessments.
Parent & Caregiver Coaching
Individualized coaching for parents and caregivers who want practical strategies they can use at home and in the community. Support may address challenging behavior, communication, independence, routines, transitions, and other family priorities.
Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA)
Assessment designed to better understand why a behavior is occurring. Information may be gathered through interviews, observations, data collection, and other assessment methods to guide individualized recommendations.
Individualized Behavior Support Plans
Development of practical, evidence-based behavior support plans tailored to the individual's needs, environment, strengths, and family priorities.
Skill Development
Individualized support targeting meaningful everyday skills such as communication, social skills, emotional regulation, coping skills, flexibility, independence, self-care, daily routines, and other functional life skills.
School & IEP Consultation
BCBA consultation to help families better understand behavioral needs within the school setting. This could include reviewing behavioral information, helping parents prepare for meetings, discussing appropriate supports, and collaborating with educational teams when authorized.
Community-Based Support
Assessment and coaching in real-life environments when appropriate—such as stores, restaurants, playgrounds, community activities, or other settings where a family is experiencing challenges.
Social & Emotional Skills
Individualized teaching and caregiver support focused on coping, emotional regulation, social interaction, self-advocacy, flexibility, and navigating everyday social situations.
BCBA Consultation for Other Professionals
Consultation and collaboration with educators, childcare providers, therapists, and other professionals, with appropriate caregiver consent.
